We are living during uncertain times and many people are still staying at home on self-isolation during lockdowns. Here you will find a guide on how to plan your lockdown and a list of things and hobbies that you can do at home.

If you are entering a new lockdown, here is what you can do:

1. Make a list of things that you want to do during the next weeks of the lockdown.
This will help you get organised and set priorities for the things that you want to accomplish.

2. Set your work hours and rest hours.
It is very important to avoid two specific conditions while being at home – burn out and laziness. Setting specific work and rest hours will help you feel balanced.

3. Dedicate time to sport.
By sitting at home we feel very relaxed and not very much motivated. So it is important to continue your workout routine and practice self-care.

4. Always make a shopping list before going to the Supermarket.
This will help you to avoid buying things that you don’t need and will assist you in buying everything that you need in one go.

5. Wash your hands & stay safe.
