3 Correct ways to... dream! mycitycoach

Dreaming is a very powerful tool that many of us don’t use. To dream effectively means to clearly understand what you want. Below you will find the three correct ways to dream so that your dreams actually come true!

1️. SPECIFY YOUR DREAM
Specify your dream to a very clear situation. Saying “I want to be rich” or “I want to be happy” is simply not enough. Check the following example, where the desired state of happiness is described in detail: “I am waking up in the morning in my beautiful house, hearing the birds’ singing outside, having my coffee in bed and savoring it’s awakening aroma, taking a relaxed shower and preparing for work…” etc.

2️. FEEL NOW WHAT YOU WILL FEEL THEN
How will you feel once your dream becomes a reality? Imagine it and try to feel it now. Make it very graphic. For e.g. “I am feeling very strong, confident and calm. I feel that I have many opportunities in front of me.”.

3. VISUALIZE THE SURROUNDINGS
How will everything be around you when your dream comes true? For example, if you dream to become a manager, imagine what is your new daily routine, what people do you see around you and what do they say, how do you spend you free time, how do you walk and dress etc.
