Often at the beginning we feel very excited about our goals. We are ready to dedicate a lot of time and effort because we are powered by this desire and vision of our success. But then time passes and we see that we don’t have that much energy nor will to keep going. So, what to do in this case?

Let’s say that you need to read a book that contains 500 pages. If you read at least 25 pages per day, you will finish reading it in just 20 days. If you compare it to no progress when this book simply lies on a shelf, then 20 days sounds as a relatively quick result!
